W wyniku proces\u00f3w poch\u0142aniania, rozpraszania i odbijania promieni s\u0142onecznych chmury modyfikuj\u0105 zar\u00f3wno ilo\u015b\u0107, jak i struktur\u0119 promieniowania. Celem bada\u0144 by\u0142o okre\u015blenie zwi\u0105zk\u00f3w sum dziennych ca\u0142kowitego, bezpo\u015bredniego i rozproszonego promieniowania s\u0142onecznego z wielko\u015bci\u0105 zachmurzenia na obszarze polskich Karpat. W pracy wykorzystano materia\u0142y \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142owe ze stacji synoptycznych Instytutu Meteorologii i Gospodarki Wodnej \u2013 Pa\u0144stwowego Instytutu Badawczego w Bielsku-Bia\u0142ej, na Kasprowym Wierchu, w Lesku i w Zakopanem (1981\u20132015). Zwi\u0105zki sum promieniowania s\u0142onecznego z wielko\u015bci\u0105 zachmurzenia opisano za pomoc\u0105 wielomianu II stopnia. Wykazano, \u017ce w miar\u0119 wzrostu zachmurzenia sumy dzienne promieniowania rozproszonego rosn\u0105 do pewnego poziomu, po czym malej\u0105. Promieniowanie rozproszone osi\u0105ga przewa\u017cnie najwi\u0119ksze warto\u015bci przy pokryciu nieba przez chmury w 70\u201380%, rzadziej 80\u201390%. Stwierdzono, \u017ce dop\u0142yw promieniowania s\u0142onecznego do powierzchni ziemi w poszczeg\u00f3lnych grupach dni wyr\u00f3\u017cnionych ze wzgl\u0119du na wielko\u015b\u0107 zachmurzenia r\u00f3\u017cni si\u0119 istotnie od \u015bredniej sumy dziennej promieniowania w danym miesi\u0105cu. Zauwa\u017cono, \u017ce za charakterystyczny przebieg promieniowania ca\u0142kowitego na Kasprowym Wierchu z maksimum na wiosn\u0119 odpowiada g\u0142\u00f3wnie sk\u0142adowa rozproszona promieniowania w dniach pochmurnych i ca\u0142kowicie zachmurzonych.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>S\u0142owa kluczowe:<\/strong> sumy promieniowania s\u0142onecznego, wielko\u015b\u0107 zachmurzenia, charakterystyczne dni nefologiczne, regresja, Karpaty<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Abstract<br \/>\n<\/strong>The presence of cloud cover usually reduces incoming solar radiation. The influence of cloudiness on solar energy reaching Earth\u2019s surface mostly depends on the cloud amount, its genera and other properties. Due to processes of absorption, scattering and the reflection of solar rays, clouds modify both the amount and the structure of solar radiation. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between daily sums of total, direct and diffuse solar radiation and cloud amount in the Polish Carpathians. The work uses source material from synoptic stations belonging to Institute of Meteorology and Water Management \u2013 National Research Institute in Bielsko-Biala, Kasprowy Wierch, Lesko and Zakopane (1981\u20132015). Relationships between the sums of solar radiation and cloud amount were described with a second-degree polynomial function. The results show that as cloud amount increases, daily sums of diffuse solar radiation increase, to a certain level, then decrease. Diffuse solar radiation usually reaches the highest values when the sky is 70\u201380% covered by clouds, or, less often, by 80\u201390%. The study finds that the amount of solar radiation reaching Earth\u2019s surface in individual groups of days distinguished by the amount of cloudiness differs significantly from the mean daily sum in the given month.
