Streszczenie
\n<\/strong>Sie\u0107 pomiar\u00f3w meteorologicznych na obszarze Ma\u0142opolski rozwin\u0119\u0142a si\u0119 w drugiej po\u0142owie XIX wieku i by\u0142a najbardziej g\u0119sta spo\u015br\u00f3d obszaru dawnych ziem Polski. W zachowanych dziennikach obserwacyjnych, poza wynikami pomiar\u00f3w, b\u0119d\u0105cych zbiorem codziennych informacji, notowanych systematycznie trzy lub czterokrotnie w ci\u0105gu doby, znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 zapiski i komentarze dotycz\u0105ce bie\u017c\u0105cych wydarze\u0144 spo\u0142eczno-gospodarczych oraz szeroko poj\u0119tych zagadnie\u0144 \u015brodowiskowych. Niestety wiele dokument\u00f3w, szczeg\u00f3lnie spo\u015br\u00f3d tych najstarszych, uleg\u0142o zniszczeniu, a informacja w nich zawarta zosta\u0142a bezpowrotnie utracona. Celem pracy jest pr\u00f3ba oceny warunk\u00f3w pogodowych w Ma\u0142opolsce w latach 1861-1919 na podstawie historycznych materia\u0142\u00f3w meteorologicznych, pozosta\u0142ych z tego okresu, a zgromadzonych w Archiwum Pa\u0144stwowej S\u0142u\u017cby Hydrologiczno-Meteorologicznej IMGW-PIB. Wykorzystano dobowe i terminowe dane pomiarowe temperatury powietrza i opad\u00f3w atmosferycznych uzyskane w wyniku realizacji projektu Cyfryzacja archiwalnych danych meteorologicznych gromadzonych na ziemiach Ma\u0142opolski od XIX do po\u0142owy XX wieku (histklim.imgw.pl). Uwzgl\u0119dniono wy\u0142\u0105cznie te stacje, dla kt\u00f3rych zachowa\u0142y si\u0119 XIX wieczne materia\u0142y archiwalne – \u0142\u0105cznie 14 punkt\u00f3w pomiarowych, w tym jako referencyjny Krak\u00f3w-Obserwatorium istniej\u0105cy od 1792 r. Zinterpretowane materia\u0142y archiwalne zosta\u0142y poddane wnikliwej kontroli jako\u015bci, ale z uwagi na du\u017ce braki w ci\u0105gach danych, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c sk\u0105py materia\u0142 tzw. metadata nie przeprowadzono procedury ich homogenizacji, z wyj\u0105tkiem konwersji i ujednolicenia jednostek pomiarowych. Szczeg\u00f3\u0142ow\u0105 charakterystyk\u0119 warunk\u00f3w termicznych i opadowych w sezonie ciep\u0142ym (kwiecie\u0144-wrzesie\u0144) oraz ch\u0142odnym (pa\u017adziernik-marzec) przeprowadzono dla stacji, dla kt\u00f3rych ci\u0105g danych umo\u017cliwia\u0142 ich analiz\u0119 statystyczn\u0105. Warunki pogodowe na prze\u0142omie XIX i XX wieku odniesiono do wsp\u00f3\u0142czesnej normy klimatycznej, tj. 1991-2020, a \u015brednie 30-letnie wyznaczono dla funkcjonuj\u0105cych stacji meteorologicznych zlokalizowanych najbli\u017cej historycznych punkt\u00f3w pomiarowych. Pr\u00f3ba oceny warunk\u00f3w pogodowych w Ma\u0142opolsce w latach 1861-1919 na podstawie dost\u0119pnych zdigitalizowanych historycznych materia\u0142\u00f3w meteorologicznych wykaza\u0142a istotn\u0105 warto\u015b\u0107 wykorzystanych materia\u0142\u00f3w \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142owych. Potwierdzono, i\u017c region Ma\u0142opolski na prze\u0142omie XIX i XX wieku odznacza\u0142 si\u0119 ni\u017csz\u0105 ni\u017c obecnie temperatur\u0105 powietrza oraz r\u00f3\u017cnicowanym przebiegiem opad\u00f3w atmosferycznych. Dotyczy to zar\u00f3wno ciep\u0142ej, jak i ch\u0142odnej po\u0142owy roku.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract
\n<\/strong>The meteorological measurements network in Ma\u0142opolska region was developed in the second half of the 19th century and was the densest among the former Polish lands. In the preserved observation diaries, in addition to the measurement results, which are a collection of daily information recorded systematically three or four times a day, there are the notes and comments on current socio-economic events and environmental issues. Unfortunately, many documents, especially the oldest ones, were destroyed and the information was irretrievably lost. The aim of the work is an attempt to assess the weather conditions in Ma\u0142opolska in the years 1861-1919 on the basis of historical meteorological materials from that period, collected in the Archives of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management \u2013 National Research Institute. Daily and subdaily measurement data of air temperature and precipitation were used, obtained as a result of the project Digital archive of meteorological data collected in the lands of Malopolska from the 19th to the mid-20th century (histklim.imgw.pl). Only those stations for which 19th century archival materials have been preserved were included, i.e. a total of 14 measurement points, including Krak\u00f3w-Observatory existing since 1792 as the reference station. Insightful quality control procedure was applied to the interpreted archival materials, but due to significant gaps as well as the lack of metadata, no homogenization procedure was carried out, except for the measurement units. A detailed characterization of thermal and precipitation conditions in the warm season (April-September) and cold season (October-March) was carried out for stations for which the data series enabled their statistical analysis. Weather conditions at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries were compared to the current climate normals, i.e. 1991-2020, and 30-year averages were determined for the functioning meteorological stations located the closest to historical measurement points. An attempt to assess weather conditions in Ma\u0142opolska in the years 1861-1919 based on available digitized historical meteorological materials showed the significant value of the source materials used. It was confirmed that the Ma\u0142opolska region at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries was characterized by lower air temperatures than today and varied rainfall patterns. This applies to both the warm and cool half of the year.<\/span><\/p>\n
