Tendencji tej ulega m.in. klimat lokalny obszar\u00f3w zurbanizowanych, co przejawia si\u0119 przede wszystkim wzrostem temperatury powietrza oraz zak\u0142\u00f3ceniem re\u017cimu opadowego. Zmiany klimatu maj\u0105 du\u017cy wp\u0142yw na sektor budownictwa zar\u00f3wno na etapie powstawania, jak i eksploatacji inwestycji oraz \u2013 poprzez coraz trudniejsze warunki mikro-i bioklimatyczne \u2013 na warunki \u017cycia mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w miast.<br \/>\nW artykule przedstawiono historyczny, aktualny i prognozowany stan klimatu w Warszawie rozpoznany z punktu widzenia oddzia\u0142ywania na budownictwo (w kontek\u015bcie tzw. Umownych Kategorii Klimatu) i komfort \u017cycia mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w obszar\u00f3w zurbanizowanych. Do analiz wykorzystano wyniki obserwacji prowadzonych na stacji meteorologicznej Warszawa Ok\u0119cie w okresie 1971-2020 oraz symulacji dla okresu 2021-2070 wed\u0142ug scenariuszy RCP4.5 i RCP8.5, udost\u0119pnione w bazie danych METEONORM 8.0.<br \/>\nZar\u00f3wno historyczne, jak i prognozowane cechy klimatu Warszawy wskazuj\u0105, \u017ce najwi\u0119ksze zmiany dotycz\u0105 warunk\u00f3w termicznych. Warto\u015bci temperatury powietrza od wielu lat systematycznie wzrastaj\u0105 (\u015brednio o oko\u0142o 0,5\u00b0C\/10 lat) i proces ten b\u0119dzie nadal trwa\u0142 w przysz\u0142o\u015bci. Wyra\u017anie mniejsze zmiany maj\u0105 miejsce w przypadku re\u017cimu opadowego i wiatrowego. Obserwowane zmiany klimatu stanowi\u0105 du\u017ce wyzwanie dla mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w i w\u0142adz miasta oraz architekt\u00f3w i urbanist\u00f3w. Artyku\u0142 zawiera kilka propozycji rozwi\u0105zania tych problem\u00f3w poprzez zmiany w zagospodarowaniu przestrzeni miejskich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>S\u0142owa kluczowe:<\/strong> Umowne Kategorie Klimatu, zmiany klimatu, RCP4.5, RCP8.5, Warszawa<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Abstract<br \/>\n<\/strong>The constant territorial development of cities is the second factor, apart from climate change, which entails a significant deterioration in the quality of their environment. This tendency is followed by the local climate of urbanized areas, which is manifested primarily by the increase in air temperature and the disruption of the precipitation regime. Climate change has a major impact on the construction sector, both at the stage of planning and operation of investments, and &#8211; through increasingly difficult micro- and bioclimatic conditions &#8211; on the living conditions of city dwellers.<br \/>\nThe article presents the historical, current and projected state of the climate in Warsaw recognized from the point of view of its impact on construction (through analysis of so-called Conventional Climate Categories) and on the comfort of life of the residents of urban areas. The results of observations conducted at the Warszawa Ok\u0119cie meteorological station in the period 1971-2020 and simulations for the period 2021-2070 according to the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios, available in the METEONORM 8.0 database, were used for the analysis of so-called Conventional Climate Categories as well as their influence on micro- and bioclimatic conditions and on the living conditions of city dwellers.<br \/>\nBoth historical and projected features of Warsaw&#8217;s climate indicate that the greatest changes concern thermal conditions. Air temperature values have been steadily increasing for many years (on average by about 0.5\u00b0C\/10 years) and this process will continue in the future. Significantly smaller changes take place in the case of precipitation and wind regimes. The observed climate changes pose a great challenge for the inhabitants and city authorities, as well as for architects and urban planners.
